This unit has a production capacity of 3 million fry per year. In this farm, the fry are raised to the appropriate weight for transfer to the coastal farm, Unit 4. In addition, freshwater sturgeon broodstock (Siberian sturgeon and sterlet) are raised to harvesting weight under optimal conditions and with optimal feed in the meat and caviar production farm in Samandak, Unit 3, which occupies an area of 8,000 square meters. This unit has a production capacity of 3 tons of caviar and 200 tons of sturgeon meat per year.

Unit 4: Chapakroud coastal farm

Unit 4, with an area of 62,000 square meters and covered halls, with a production capacity of 30 tons of caviar and 2,000 tons of meat from various native sturgeon species of the Caspian Sea (Beluga, Persian sturgeon, Russian sturgeon, Sevruga and Ship), is located on the coast of this sea. All these sturgeon species are endangered. Gharahboroun Company has a large and valuable collection of sturgeon fish, making it a genetic reservoir for these species. In addition to the commercial production of sturgeon fish, the company also works to protect and conserve wild sturgeon populations.

Unit 5: Specialized sturgeon feed factory

To maintain the quality of caviar and sturgeon meat, it is essential to provide high quality feed that meets the needs of these fish. Our company, which has a feed production plant with a capacity of 20,000 tons and is equipped with modern equipment and machinery, as well as a quality control laboratory, produces special feeds for sturgeon from the larval stage to the bloodstock, using the slow cooking method to preserve the nutritional value of the feed. This feed, by meeting the nutritional needs of sturgeon at each stage of their life cycle, has significantly contributed to improving growth performance, increasing reproductive efficiency and caviar production.

Unit 6: Caviar and seafood export terminal and processing industry

Sturgeon is a valuable resource that can be used to produce a variety of products, including caviar, meat, and other processed products.
